Advium advisor in the sale of Turku office property

Advium acted as the seller's advisor when Schroders Capital sold the Sampotalo building located in Turku to Niam.
The historically significant building, designed by architect Erik Bryggman, was completed in 1938 and is situated in the centre of Turku. An extensive renovation of the property was completed in 2023. The leasable area of the property is approximately 10,400 square meters, and it serves as an administrative centre of the city of Turku.
