Advium advisor to AMF in the sale of its holdings in Mercada

Advium acted as AMF Tjänstepension AB’s advisor in the sale of its 33.3% stake in Mercada Oy to Kesko.
Mercada owns 35 properties across Finland with approximately 290,000 sqm of lettable area, primarily consisting of grocery stores leased to Kesko, as well as two major shopping centres Karisma and Veturi.
