Advium acted as Sponda’s advisor in the largest real estate transaction in 2011

Advium acted as Sponda Plc’s advisor when Sponda purchased from Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company the Fennia Quarter located
in the Helsinki Central Business District and consisting of all the shares in six real estate companies and a portion of the shares
in a company managing the Kaisaniemi metro hall.

The debt-free total purchase price was EUR 122 million. The transaction is the largest real estate transaction in Finland in 2011 to date.
